To me, Madhubani is more than an art form. It is a world where every tiny space has a story. I love it because no corner is left empty.
Every little detail invites my eyes to explore something new, making the painting feel alive from every angle. Its bright colours fill me with happiness, positivity and energy, just like a beautiful sunrise.
Originating in the Mithila region of Bihar, Madhubani art began centuries ago as a way to celebrate nature, festivals and special occasions.
As an artist, I don’t just see colours and patterns. I see emotions, traditions and imagination woven together into a beautiful masterpiece.

I am drawing a butterfly fish with different patterns, including standing lines, sleeping lines and curved lines. I have also added a heart at the back, inspired by the heart I see in my spoon.
I like this fish very much, and I enjoyed creating it with different lines and patterns.
